Job Purpose: Increase direct selling of Americana products and residential product sales through direct customer interaction and 15degreescooler.com website.

Role and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop & create social media strategies with internal teams for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Help create and manage social media content across various platforms.
• Engage on social media platforms to build relationships and generate leads.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identigy areas for improvement.
• Develop with team and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Build relationships with influencers, industry experts, and media outlets to expand the company's reach and credibility.
• Engage with direct sell customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
• Primary contact for customers' inquiries and requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues related to sales of Americana products. Offering creative and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help customers arrange delivery of their products and address any concerns that may arise throughout the process.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to complete tasks and maintain records related to customer interactions and sales activities.
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of Americana products and industry trends.

Experience and Skills desired:

• Direct selling experience or direct customer engagement experience a plus
• Problem solver
• Microsoft office experience or training
• Experience or training with CAD drawings or blueprints a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
