About us
Elevation provides commercial and residential snow plowing and shoveling in Big Sky, MT 59716. All team members will use shovels, walk behind blowers, skid steers, and toolcats. We are engaging, demanding, fast-paced and our goal is to provide 5 star service to our customers. We work hard and get 4-5 days off a week to play hard.

Elevation is hiring part time snow plowers and shovelers. Pay is 25-35/hr based on a 20 hour week. On snow days, we start at 4am and work a 10-12 hour shift. We average 1.8 work days each week for the season. Some weeks it's 3 work days, others its 1 work day. Salaried- Get paid even if it doesn't snow.
Employee housing available in a ski-in/ski-out condo at Big Sky Resort.
