Position Summary:

We are looking for a smart, motivated writer with a Six Sigma certification to create exceptional new instructional content and test questions that will help test-takers succeed on the Six Sigma certification exam.

Role Qualifications:

- A black or green belt Six Sigma certification
- Strong working knowledge of the following topics:

• Process development, improvement, and quality (DMAIC, DMADV)
• Statistical analysis of processes and quality
• Selecting projects
• Team management
• Value stream mapping

Detail of Responsibilities:

Perform diligent research, supporting and bolstering personal understanding of the content in order to communicate it effectively and thoroughly

• Write high-quality, unique instructional content and practice questions with answer explanations to help us best serve customers
• Work with our project managers to ensure submitted work meets the required specifications
• Respond quickly and positively to constructive feedback, making all necessary edits to submitted work
• Provide weekly updates to demonstrate steady progress
