The Program Manager's role is to work with Senior Leadership to provide support and direction within assigned sites to ensure consumer care, satisfaction and service delivery in a manner which is consistent with ACS mission and values; to develop and implement strategic initiatives for outpatient services including programmatic components of operations, facilities, and staffing.

The Program Manager also assists in developing and sustaining interdisciplinary relationships, committees and manages special projects that contribute to program development and maintenance. In addition to direct oversight of administrative and clinical functions, as well as inter-departmental coordination of care within assigned sites, the Program Manager also assists in maintaining daily operations (including personnel supervision), business and clinical functions, facility maintenance, consumer relations and interagency coordination.

This position plays a key and supportive role to ensure clinical and fiscal operational efficiency, service excellence and facilitation of staff and consumer satisfaction.
