SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking a Site Foreman for our growing team. The Site Foreman will act as a lead person for field crew implementation of assignments related to site construction. A successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in field leadership as well as the ability to manage a job efficiently.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, lead, and drive crews of 5 to 10 individuals
• Successful complete daily time sheets of employees and maintain daily logs
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors
• Coordinate and schedule manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the project
• Read blueprints, project plans and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience and knowledge
• Previous experience and knowledge of dirt excavation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
