Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Site Coordinator at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support programs with the following:

  • Reconciliation between funding third party resources.
  • Ensure all critical claim data is captured initially in order to collect payment for services rendered.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain prior authorization and ensure authorizations are obtained in accordance with the insurance timely filing deadlines and entered correctly into EHR system.
  • Generate authorization, failed revenue, and eligibility reports on a day-to-day basis to proactively manage the front end revenue cycle.
  • Collaborate with appropriate program or department staff to resolve problematic trends, errors generated within the EHR, or to communicate on clinical data required to obtain approved authorization.
  • Take part in regular training and educational opportunities offered by payers, vendors, and Association of Behavioral Health of MA to stay up to date on ever-changing policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain interactive relations through frequent supportive communication.

What are we looking for in a Site Coordinator?

  • Associate’s Degree OR two years of equivalent experience (required).
  • Ability to schedule, meet, and maintain daily and monthly routines, as well as preserve the integrity of the EHR.
  • Familiarity with mental health and substance abuse billing guidelines.
  • Knowledge of credit/debit payment posting procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with others.
  • Ability to organize tasks and priorities as well as meet various goals.
  • Ability to work extensively with computers and software with minimal supervision.
  • Please note- this is a remote work position and requires strong internet connections to utilize BHN supplied equipment.
