Job description

We are recruiting a Sit Down Forklift Operator to join BWF! Your position will focus on safe and efficient movement of products and materials in our very fast paced warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

• Very physical job

• Requires heavy lifting

• Cut down and wrap boxes

• Repetitive up and down, and bending movement

• Operate sit down for storage or removal of materials

• Safely load and unload trucks, ensure correct count on loads received

• Stack ready loads in designated area; verify the accuracy and completeness of the order

• Check trailer damage and dock safely while loading and unloading

Qualifications:

• Experience in general labor, construction, or other related fields

• Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
• Ability to work independently and on a team

• Strong work ethic

Reliable transportation is a must. Prior to hire, all applicants will be required to complete a drug test.
