Your Challenge:

• Perform a variety of duties to set up and apply paint, coating, Antigal or dry film lubricant to aircraft components and operate equipment used to pre-stress aircraft components and to compress surface areas and strengthen material to meet production schedules, complying with customer requirements and FAA regulations.
• Interpret work orders, engine manuals, and blueprints to determine information such as type of operations and sequence of operations required.
• Maintain spray booth equipment, tear down and rebuild with replacement parts as required, check and replace filters in booth, check and clean hoses, maintain logs and record all operation and use of hazardous material.
• Work with Engineering to develop programs, determine new methods, develop parameters and determine material type for new or modified products.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
