A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Rep (CSR), you answer phone calls from current and prospective customers to schedule estimates and handle any other inquiries they may have. Assisting with all correspondence, you also answer texts from customers looking for more information about our services or wanting to set up an estimate or make a payment. General filing, scanning, light bookkeeping, and other office tasks will be required as needed. You enjoy using your administrative skills to keep our office operations running smoothly!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Computer and technology savvy
