About the Role:

LockNLube is seeking a motivated team-player to join our order fulfillment team to help us deliver a speedy and high-quality product experience to our customers. This is not a standard warehouse picking job. We are a small team and rely on all team members to bring creative problem-solving and energy to the job.

We need someone who is comfortable working with software to compare shipping rates, print, pack and ship orders for our customers across North America. In addition, this person will share responsibility for assembling product kits for sale, keep the warehouse organized and clean, use a forklift and pallet jack to move products, and lend a hand wherever needed to make sure our small and fun team delivers a great experience to our customers.

As a new member of the Fulfillment team, you will be joining a four person team led by the Director of Operations to train and coach on our products, shipping software, and company best practices. You will quickly become one of the world’s leading experts in greasing and tire tools and fencing equipment. We are a small, collaborative team and look for input from every team member on what we can be doing to improve our operations and create a positive customer experience.

About You:

• You are a motivated, detail-oriented person. You will be working collaboratively on some days to prioritize projects for the team and pick, pack and ship orders. You will also have days where you are working alone to assemble kits and products for retail sale.
• You are organized. You'll have a lot of autonomy and trust and the team will rely on you for consistency and quality.
• You don’t shy away from pitching in where needed to get a job done. Any given day may include shipping out batches of orders to retail customers, packing and shipping large orders or pallets for wholesale customers, assembling tools that we make in partnership with local machine shops, and helping to keep the warehouse organized and inventory numbers up-to-date.
• In addition to managing your space and workflow, the team relies on you to
• spot trends or issues with customer orders and shipping so that we can
• improve our processes and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proactive. If you see something that needs to be done, do it. If you see a process that could be improved, improve it. If you see a coworker who needs help, help them.
• Curious. Eager to learn and excited to understand why things work. And, then look to improve them.
• Able-bodied and willing to spend the day on your feet and moving boxes that weigh up to 61 lbs. You find satisfaction seeing the mountain of packages that leave the building each day that you packed up.
• Work from our office in West Lebanon Monday-Friday 7-3.
• Calm under pressure. We look out for one another and when we have busy days, we count on each other to remain calm and know that we're all working towards a common goal.
• Good time management. You should be able to develop a semi-independent workflow where they manage their time and get work done on a schedule without a lot of oversight or management.
