Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Location: Tewksbury, MA, United States

Shift: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Mon- Fri (1st Shift)

Job Description:

Provide support for all incoming customer equipment to the depot service facility. Including but

not limited to, the creation of service cases in the CRM database.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

• Create and update customer accounts including customer contacts.
• Asset creation and updating.
• Creating work orders for all depot work.
• Confirm customer payment information, including Purchase Orders and Credit Card
• Information.
• Managing replacement equipment.
• Managing scrap equipment and RMA’s to Vantaa as required.

Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or higher

Experience Qualifications:

· Ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment.

· Experience in customer engagement.

· 2+ years’ experience in similar role.

· Excellent computer skills including a very good understanding of Windows, Word, Excel,

· and Access.

· Ability to learn and develop new processes within our CRM application (Salesforce.com

· and IndySoft experience a plus).

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
