of our first REVEAL camera in 2020, our customer base and industry presence has

skyrocketed, creating several new departments and positions within the company.

The Shipping & Receiving technician is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and receiving incoming RMA units from customers in a timely manner and with precision. Under the direction of the RMA Manager, this role will help with providing replacement parts to customers and helping customer cameras get to the designated spot within RMA to best help the customer.

Responsibilities:

● Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries

● Maintain the department inventory through organizing, cleaning and restocking items on a regular basis

● Package repaired cameras up to be shipped back to customers

● Adhere to warehouse policies, procedures, and guidelines

● Help with minor projects, as needed

Required qualifications include but are not limited to:

● Dependable and punctual; employee must have a reliable form of transportation

and report to work on time

● Self-motivated

● Computer literate

● Organized with thorough attention to detail

● Self starter with ability to properly time manage

● Ability to work independently and as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
