Element has an opportunity for a
Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Level II Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise a team that performs equipment verifications and conducts testing in accordance with procedures approved by a NDT Level III Technician. Interprets, evaluates and documents test results and supervises work performed by trainees and Inspectors.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts a variety of tests using established methods
- Develop daily production goals in support of operational plans
- Drive daily performance goals
- Support operational and project management teams
- Tasks are performed onsite in the laboratory
- Extended hours, extend shift, establish weekend personnel required to meet customer demands
- Level II qualification and or certification in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and or Penetrate Testing (PT)
- Previous supervisory experience with 5 or more direct reports
- Must have valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
