CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner.
• Take customer orders over the counter
• Take customer phone orders
• Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the customer
• After the customer is done ordering repeat the order to the customer
• When giving customer their order please repeat the order and show them their meal
• When in the dining area greet and assist customers
• Follows up with customers to make sure needs are being met. Acknowledges waiting customer’s frustrations during periods of high volume or an unexpected rush, taking care of the situation

LEADERSHIP INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Directs team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies.
• Directs team members to complete tasks when appropriate and according to GM/AM instructions
• Performs Travel Paths.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Provides on-going coaching to shift team. Identifies when processes and actions are consistent/inconsistent with restaurant expectations and standards and coach/praise in the moment.

ADMINISTRATIVE INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Prepares daily administrative paperwork, cash reconciliations for entire day (including voids, refunds, and returns), and daily deposit preparation
• Completes workers compensation documents
• Invoice processing
• Processes mail in a timely manner

TIME MANAGEMENT INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Gives breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.
• Floor Control (“aces in their places”)

SAFETY INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Maintains focus on food standards, costs, and safety during the shift.
• Performs nightly inventory.
• Ensures team members are following all work safety guidelines
• Understands product preparation and storage procedures as well as holding times for each item (FIFO)
• Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards. Ensures team members are following all food safety guidelines
• Food Safety/Sanitation requirements
• Understands and follows all food safety requirements
• Understands and follows all work safety requirements

SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Food handler certificate.
• Recipe & Menu Knowledge
• Allergen Knowledge
• Understands the ordering and receiving of product deliveries, processing requirements of each meat product and processing requirements for produce.
