Devil & Angel Milpitas is hiring! We are a dessert shop located in The Great Mall. We offer handcrafted soft serve in a cone or waffle, refreshers, milk tea, bubble smoothie, boba ice cream, mochi doughnuts, and croffle. Devil & Angel strives to continuously develop new desserts to bring to our customers and the world.

Shift Leader Job Responsibilities:

*Directs, administers, and controls hourly operations and activities of facilities. *Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care. *Directs and oversees the business through effective leadership and management of customer service, and quality care. *Provides leadership, support, and guidance to employees, as well as informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback. *Contributes to a strong and robust communications process between all managers and staff within the area to maintain a strong relationships with customers. *Ensures efficient and economical performance. *Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education according to policies and procedures including ongoing compliance training. *Maintaining Crew Member requirements as well

Shift Leader Qualifications / Skills:

*Staffing, planning, and people management *Promoting process improvement *Strategic planning *Dealing with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing company vision

Experience:

*Minimum 12 months experience in leadership *Advanced supervisory experience a plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.50/hour.
