Our company is looking to hire a Service Inquiry Specialist. This individual will be responsible for handling all the service request leads that come into the local office. The leads need to be contacted immediately and if no one answers the calls, this role is responsible for nurturing the lead until they make contact. Once contact is made, scheduling an in home appointment is the main goal. Knowledge of the Salesforce platform is a big plus, but willing to train. This person needs to be comfortable on the phone and very compassionate in dealing with the elderly and their family. This position is part-time but can grow into a full-time position. Lots of growth opportunity!

Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour
