Job description
*Answer Inbound Service Calls
*Answer Night and Weekend Calls when the Service Manager is not available
*Assist with Scheduling Service Techs
*Generate Service Tech Work Orders
*Dispatch Work Orders to Techs including potentially after hours and weekends
*Maintain ComputerEase and FieldEase Records
*Schedule Rental Equipment and Call Off when Finished
*Handle Phone Calls for Techs
*Generate PO’S for Service Techs
*Check all Invoices Versus Purchase Orders
*Handle all Service Billings
*Make Collection Calls vis Phone and Email as Directed by Service Manager
*Maintain Service Contract Records
*Maintain Service Tech Records
*Make Travel Arrangements for Techs when needed
*Assist Service Manager as needed
*Any Other Duties Assigned to you by the Service Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
