This is a full time position that requires dependability, accuracy and accountability. We need a responsible individual to help us take care of our clients and their vehicles. This individual should be detail oriented, reliable and take pride in their work! This job involves greeting our clients on the service drive, checking our clients in and out of loaner cars during service, properly cleaning, inspecting, and tracking of loaner vehicles on a daily basis, answering incoming service calls and making outbound calls for service scheduling, assisting with pick-up and/or delivery of vehicles to our clients, assisting our service advisors as needed with other various tasks. You will be on your feet most of the day, working both in and outside the dealership. This is a fun, fast paced job, with nonstop responsibilities! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting customers in a prompt friendly manner
• Accurately tracking and maintaining a fleet of 50 Mercedes-Benz loaner vehicles
• Preparing and writing up loaner agreements
• Reviewing loaner requirements and obtaining required initials and signatures on documentation
• Assigning vehicles to clients
• Performing visual inspections during check-in and check-out process
• Reconciling loaner vehicles and agreements
• Adding and removing vehicles from the fleet as needed
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients as needed
• Assisting the Service Advisors as needed
• Working with drivers to facilitate pick-up and delivery of clients vehicles
• Other daily tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Above average energy level
• Personal and professional integrity
• Positive attitude and great work ethic
• Previous fleet experience is a plus but not required
• Previous experience with loaner/rental software a plus but not required
