Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking skilled applicants that have at least one year of experience in a dealership setting as a Service Advisor, as well as a familiarity with Reynolds Ignite and X-Time. Excellent communication skills are key as well, as this job will consist of effective communication between clients and technicians. Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled

• Effectively communicate and be a liaison between customers and technicians

• Thoroughly review all multi-point inspections with customers as well as give needed and accurate recommendations to customers

• Follow up with customers in a timely manner

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant dealership experience

• Familiarity with Reynolds and X-time

• Organized and friendly personality

• Demonstrated ability to manage others

• Time management skills

• Fantastic communication skills with your customers

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

• Clean driving record

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
