The Social House is a one-of-a-kind concept combining a scratch kitchen, an extensive bar program featuring 100 taps of beer, wine and cocktails, and a fun and exciting atmosphere that quickly adapts to the nightlife. The Social House serves an exciting blend of continental cuisine in an energetic and social atmosphere while providing upscale service in a casual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Make menu recommendations and answer customer questions about menu items
- Keep track of customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that customer orders are prepared correctly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating customer needs and addressing any concerns
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- TEAMWORK is a must!
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails a plus
- Upscale/fine dining experience a plus
