Position Title: International Senior Transportation Analyst, Procurement

Location: Atlanta, GA

Reports To: Director, Procurement Transportation

Responsibilities:

• Carrier forecast based on PO data
• Inflation –the monthly ocean forecast calls and translate into the monthly inflation process along with tracking actuals
• Support maintenance of rate files (FCL, LCL, Air, FF)
• FCL Routing guide ownership (creation, new lanes, changes in routing, etc)
• DHL Support - Origin
• DHL SOP updates (origin related items)
• Shipping Guidelines maintenance
• KPI performance
• Others as needed: new vendor creation, subscription renewals (Xeneta, Platts)
• Some travel required

Qualifications:

• Medium skills in Excel but willing to get to Expert level with our team’s guidance
• Have current knowledge of International Freight markets, or ability to learn quickly
• Finance background desired but not required
• Medium analytical skills with large datasets
• Preferred history with Power BI, or similar Data visualization software
• Strong communication skills and time management
• Previous experience with Procurement encouraged
