WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
This role will predominantly support Vapor Platforms and associated activities.
- Assist with work streams associated with development and implementation of improved and/or new innovative product platforms.
- Contribute to work streams associated with the identification, development, and implementation of new technologies and processes/methods.
- Maintain knowledge of the following systems: MES, SAP, and PDM.
- Weigh, combine, mix, and sample e-liquids, concentrates, or other specialty materials.
- Lead and/or assist in executing product development trials as well as commercial production at times.
- Lead and/or assist in maintaining material inventories and associated supplies.
- Operate/use various types of equipment, machines, and instruments to achieve desired product outcomes.
- Perform and maintain calibration verification checks on equipment/instruments to be used within the processes.
- Maintain integrity and cleanliness of equipment, instruments, and work environment for efficiency of work.
- Enter and analyse data using MS Office and standard computer applications.
- Submitting samples to laboratory for various analysis and tracking of results.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Capacity to occasionally lift/position materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills with an ability to recommend continuous improvements.
- Computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, with at least two years of relevant experience or any furthering education certification with one year of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain license to operate industrial forklift equipment.
BENEFICIAL
- Experience using MicroStrategy, PDM, MES, SAP, LIMS; or similar
- Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and procedures.
- Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) and procedures.
