ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Full Stack CNO Developer . This rewarding and challenging position supports National level organizations produce custom capabilities for critical cyberspace operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer requirements and propose solutions for software modifications and enhancements.

• Strong experience in several modern languages (C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, React, Node.js Go, etc.) with expertise to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement high quality code. Experience in a wide variety of computing environments including cloud and containerized solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.)

• Cultivates a "security first" and "test first" approach to test-driven development.

• Collaborate with other developers, testers, and system engineers to ensure quality product deliverables.

• Follow Agile Scrum methodology.

• Take self-initiative to remain knowledgeable of evolving trends in offensive and defensive cyber tools, tactics, and procedures.

• Work within a team environment.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience

• BS in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or Data Processing

• 3 years directly related experience (1 year with master’s degree)

• Ability to convey technical information effectively and concisely to a wide range of audiences

• Knowledge of networking and protocol stacks

• Knowledge of software reverse engineering tools and techniques and vulnerability research

• Familiarity with code and resource optimization

• Experience with source control and code repository tools

Clearance Requirements:

• Clearable with ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong grasp of operating system fundamentals including interrupts, threading, virtual memory, device drivers, boot procedures, and memory management techniques

• Experience with embedded HW/SW Reverse Engineering and JTAG

• Experience with virtualization and containerization (VM, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)

• Programming knowledge/experience with Windows Kernel, C, C++, Python or Assembly Language (x86 and 64-bit Intel / AMD, MIPS)
