What to expect in the role
- Mentor and manage Threat Hunters, Incindet investigators
- Operational leadership of the DRT
- Primary point of contact for escalations in the region
- Help set objectives and goals for each team member
- Facilitate the career growth of our team members
- Responsible for integrating newer team members
- Liaise with other regional team leads to ensure consistent service delivery
- Manage the growing global SOC Teams or SecOps
- Be part of the company expansion in the UK and take an active role in heading up and maturing the security operations services
- Be the escalation point for security incidents for global clients
- Experience running and managing a SOC Operational Deployment experience
- People Management – Disciplinary and investigation management experience
