Job Overview: Pacifica Companies is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Regional Property Manager to oversee several senior and apartment communities in the designated region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple large-scale apartment and senior living communities and have a deep understanding of the operational and financial aspects of property management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of several market rate apartment and senior communities. The Regional Manager will ensure that their properties are operating at optimal levels of efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure that all properties are maintained and operated in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and local government agencies to ensure a positive living experience for our residents.
• Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of property staff, including property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital improvement plans for each property in the designated region.
• Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the financial goals of each property are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure that all resident complaints are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and enforce company-wide policies and procedures.
• Attend industry events and seminars to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment and senior living property management, with at least 3 years of experience in a regional property management role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a large-scale senior living community with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience developing and managing budgets.
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated region.
