We have partnered with a local builder that designs upscale, modern custom homes throughout Las Vegas. They seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee budgeting, procurement, and customer experience. This person will be a true innovator and look to push boundaries on what they can achieve.

Requirements

• Lead multidiscipline team through project design development aligned with scope and cost
• Responsible for regular communications with Client on project status and issues, keep project moving
• Making sure that the project team is staying informed of the clients, needs, wants and desires for their project.
• Ensure accurate tracking of Budget, cost, forecast and schedule. Working with the Project Design Manager for the development and tracking of the project design schedule, with the use of the work plan/task list.
• Ensure all project documentation, contracts, licenses, permits, etc. are established and maintained by team
• Provide leadership and management of internal team and client to successfully deliver new homes with Clients happy about their product, cost and schedule outcomes
• Managing and working with all departments making up the project team, during the respective phase of the project. Following up with the team to ensure that all deliverables are being completed in accordance with the project schedule
• Management of the prime contract and trade contracts
• Meeting or exceeding internal and external client expectations. Coordination with construction on the development of the construction schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
