One Fat Frog is seeking a Senior Production Manager to support our established manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, exceptional problem solving and communication skills.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Quality control on all production and products
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
• Ability to read plans and lead team to execute accordingly
• Communication skills to convey information in meetings and status reports
• Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws
• Tracking the manufacturing process to make sure each aspect is correct and efficient
• Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting company standards
• Evaluating current productivity and implementing new methods to increase productivity

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience working as Manufacturing QC manager or other similar position
• Excellent knowledge of quality, health and safety standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Good practical experience with MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and ORGANIZATIONAL skills!!!
• Good team player with strong leadership skills, focused and motivated, problem-solver
• Bachelors in relevant field
