What will you do

You will play an important role in the entire product life cycle from project kick-off to launch of new features and analyzing their impact. You will report directly to our CPO.

Your key responsibilities

  • You own research and discovery and bring forward new findings and learnings for reaching goals such as improving existing products, launching new features or expanding in new territories
  • You turn problems into product opportunities: you conceptualize with experience maps, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
  • You define UX and product metrics that you measure and validate after launch, e.g. through usability testing and usage analytics
  • You collaborate with other team members from design, engineering, product, sales and finance
  • Your work could split up like this: 50 % UX, 25 % research, 25 % UI (we're open to discuss this depending on your specialization)

Who we are looking for ‍

  • You've collected 3+ years of experience in product design. Experience in fintech is a plus
  • You have experience in user research and usability testing and proven track record in building and launching digital products
  • You already demonstrated the ability to work closely with engineering and other teams to create complex but delightful products
  • You are familiar with the common design tools (we mainly work with Figma) and how to bring design ideas to life with low and high fidelity prototypes
  • You strive for well-functioning processes and for communicating these clearly
  • You are self-motivated and comfortable managing several projects of different complexity at the same time
  • You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment.
