Located within the vibrant Tuscan Village development of retail, restaurants, business, hotel and health-related enterprises, our comprehensive Salem, NH center offers a wide range of services to patients in northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire including primary care, behavioral health, imaging, specialty care, outpatient surgery, and more!

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practice Manager to lead the Clinic Space within the center. Services include Primary Care (all ages), Specialties (such as Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Medicine, Rehabilitation, Urology), and the Phlebotomy Lab.

The Senior Practice Manager is the primary contact for administrative operations at the Salem, NH site and works collaboratively with other leadership members to operate the facility and achieve operational/clinical care goals. This role will be part of a team that will frequently prototype new ideas, such as digital tools, care team roles, and workflows, that will be used in designing the future of ambulatory care across Mass General Brigham.

About You

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of healthcare experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of practice management experience managing a diverse workforce required with a preference for primary and multi-specialty care leadership experience
• Experience implementing and supporting a lean management system a plus
• Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to form strategic partnerships to deliver value for key stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical) in a complex organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) a plus
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and coach a team of operational leaders
• Proficiency with an EHR required, Epic experience preferred
