A Senior Operations Manager position is available in Gloucester County, New Jersey!
The Hospital Service & Implementation Manager will lead regional activity for all hospital lab management and contracting arrangements to service and grow business through hospital partnerships.
Key responsibilities include overseeing three to five hospital laboratories, identifying and implementing hospital laboratory management services, and coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion of lab management arrangements. The ideal candidate will be equally strong technically and administratively.
The role requires strong leadership skills, five or more years of managerial experience in the laboratory industry, a Bachelor's degree, and ASCP certification.
Additionally, the company offers a 15K sign-on bonus, requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination, and considers exemptions for medical and religious reasons.
