Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join a fast moving, dynamic and creative marketing team. The Sr Marketing Manager for Retail NA is responsible for the strategic B2B marketing plan development and execution ensuring alignment with the company’s overall GTM strategy and messaging. The key capabilities would be great campaign and lead generation management skills including ABM experience.
Scope:
- The successful candidate will bring passion, ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to the role and will have demonstrated a proven track record of success in driving ABM marketing results, preferably within the IT industry.
- The ideal marketer has strong campaign execution experience, a business-oriented approach to reporting on results of the campaigns and working and teaming with the sales organization.
What you will do:
- Responsible for NA Retail strategic marketing plan development including budgeting and plan execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns by collaborating with sales, product marketing, creative marketing, and other stakeholders across various channels, including account-based marketing, email marketing, webinars, key events, digital advertising, direct mail and/or social media marketing to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
- Manage B2B marketing programs with strong focus on lead generation: campaigns, integrated events, customer marketing initiatives, ABM
- Lead a small team of Marketing Managers in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Coordinate with business development, alliances and sales teams
- Collaborate with Partners to develop co-marketing campaigns/events
- Marketing research and segmentation
- ROI analysis for marketing activities and budget tracking
- Willingness to travel (Up to 25%)
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing or business-related discipline
- 10+ years in the marketing area in a variety of roles including Account Based Marketing
- Previous experience of working both independently (with remote management) and in teams
- Prior people management experience: leading and developing a small team.
- Prior experience working closely with the sales team, preferably within a SaaS company is highly desired
- Proven track record of successfully launching, managing and tracking marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenue
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, ABM, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international markets
- Demonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics, metrics and working within automation tools such as Marketo, SFDC or similar
- Experience with account-based marketing tools like 6Sense, Engagio, Triblio, DemandBase, etc is a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong understanding of budget management
- Knowledge of regional markets dynamics for the retail sector

The salary range for this position is: USD $117,075.00 - $147,625.00
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
