Senior Integrated Marketing Manager - Tech (Part-time, Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for a global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for developing thought leadership and awareness strategies and bringing those to life through global program development and execution. This role offers a unique opportunity in a large enterprise to ideate, develop marketing strategies, and roll up your sleeves to bring programs to market. These top-of-funnel programs are nested within a larger GTM plan that spans multiple audiences and teams and must be integrated end-to-end for maximum impact.

This is a 4-month contract (extensions likely), 20-25 hours per week, remote role in the US.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

    Build marketing strategies for the Cross-Cloud portfolio targeting a variety of executive and senior IT decision-maker audiences; build and execute programs that may include launches, digital campaigns, events, and other content-marketing initiatives and influencer activations. Build clear and concise marketing plans which communicate vision, strategy, and results with stakeholders (status reports, scorecards, program decks, etc). Turn a multi-dimensional program tracker into an executive or top-line summary. Be a strategic advisor while partnering with our corporate Centers of Excellence, Global Communications, and our Global Demand/Field organizations, driving cross-functional collaboration, trust, and influence while connecting programs across the customer journey. Represent Cross-Cloud Solutions marketing programs to the rest of the organization, including leadership. Regular reporting on and analysis of the health of marketing metrics and KPIs as well as communicating the value of these to non-marketing audiences. Lead presentation development to align cross-functional stakeholders and executive stakeholders. Comfortable and persuasive presentation style with various audiences and sizes (10 to 100+). Promotional copywriting for program needs, and an eagle eye in editorial reviews.

Requirements:

    8+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing/Media within large B2B High Tech companies A deep understanding of how to use digital and social media to drive awareness, including best use of platforms by audience and content type, how to track digital behavior, paid vs. organic strategies, and industry best practices/emerging technology Media Planning experience / Media Strategies on third-party, publisher, and social media Experience with persona-based marketing, audience/buyer's journeys, and segmentation strategies Experience with Salesforce campaign management Strong project & organization management skills with the ability to optimally structure and prioritize work across distributed teams

Compensation: $87/hr - $96/hr
