Project Coordinator for $1.7B Automotive Aftermarket North America Commercial Harmonization Initiative involving standardization of all processes and reports within the Traditional Parts Business and Automotive Solutions. This individual will be in charge of consolidation of Work Packages, Followup on Milestones and Developing Communication Packages.- Prepare and develop financial analysis, insight and interpretation of results, and be able to communicate findings in executive summaries.
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities, including automating existing reports and steam-lining processes to increase efficiency.
- Act as lead analyst and business partner for Independent Aftermarket (IAM) or Original Equipment Services (OES) customers and become main support for all related presentations, ad hoc requests and other requirements.
- Work with sales, marketing, and business unit leaders to update business plans, current forecasts, and monthly progs, and maintain corresponding sales measures files.
- Become expert in and fully support all related financial systems including SAP, Business Warehouse, Essbase, and other Bosch proprietary financial tools.
- Conduct Sales, Margin and, ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations regarding potential risks and opportunities to the business.
- Take over projects within the CTG area; participate as commercial counterpart in regional and global projects.
- Assist with presentations to support CFO, Sales VP, and regional president.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent area of study. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 4-8 years of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and accounting procedures, knowledge of other departments' procedures relative to financial, budgetary analysis and internal availability of operational data.
- Experience within a Global Matrix Manufacturing Organization
- Ability to understand/solve complex issues, summarize and provide accurate advice required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and oral).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented and Collaborative mindset.
- Excellent computer skills; report generation and statistical computation (SAP, Hyperion, Business Warehouse) knowledge a plus.
- Utilization of Automation / Digitization Tools experience a plus. (Power BI, Automation Anywhere, Alteryx & PowerApps )
