CIS Claim Services is seeking a 1099 Senior Field Claims Adjuster to complete service work assignments in states where you are licensed and willing to travel. Services to provide include, but are not limited to, communication with the insured's appraiser and the insurance carrier desk adjuster within 24 hours of assignment, placement of an umpire and inspection with the opposing appraiser within 15 days, reach agreement on the amount of the loss within 30 days from the date of inspection or move to umpire, and completing detailed documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Independent Claims Adjuster’s license in states that claims will be assigned

· At least 10 years Property Field Claims Adjuster experience

· Experience with disputed insurance claims

· Xactimate proficiency and current XactNet address

· Be able to pass a background check

· Good communication with insured's appraiser and DA

· Must be willing and able to climb all roofs

· Must be willing to travel

Hours required: Flexible Schedule with ability to communicate with the insured's appraiser within 24 hours of the assignment being assigned and schedule an onsite appointment within carrier guidelines.

Compensation/Service Fees: Contracted percentage of the carrier’s fee based on time and mileage. Mileage over 100 miles is paid at $0.65 per mile.

Unlike other companies who pay the adjuster only after they are paid, CIS Claim Services Adjusters are paid for services according to when the adjuster submits a successful final report.
