Senior Engineer - Workday Integrations (REMOTE)
Job description
GEICO Information Technology is searching for a Workday Integration Senior Engineer to Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain solutions within Workday Integration function in an Agile Environment. As a Senior Engineer Workday Integration Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other internal and external applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, other stakeholders, to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations in accordance with established best practices and standards. You will also provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrations, as well as participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and other projects related to Workday.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday's integration tools, such as Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors, as well as other tools and technologies, such as Web Services, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and XPATH.
Ensure that integrations are implemented in accordance with established best practices, standards, and security guidelines, and that they meet the functional and technical requirements of the organization.
Perform thorough testing of integrations to identify and resolve any defects or issues, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrations in production
Document technical specifications, design documents related to Integrations, and maintain documentation up to date
Keep up to date with Workday releases, updates, and new features, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionalities to improve integrations
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to Workday integrations, and continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge to stay current with evolving technologies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
5+ years of Workday HCM integration experience.
Understanding of Workday data governance and integration processes, procedures, and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details.
Preferred Qualifications:
Studio and Advanced Calculated Fields Knowledge
Experience with other business intelligence tools such as Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite, including MS project.
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude

Must be able to perform under pressure and stressful situations.
May be required to be on call for production support 24x7.
Must be able to concentrate and demonstrate a capacity for learning technical concepts and adapting to new technologies quickly.

Annual Salary
$72,000.00 - $204,500.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
