As the Sr. Director of Franchise Sales, you will act as a player/coach. This position will manage the current franchise sales team to oversee all activities, as well as manage his/her own pipeline of prospects. The Sr, Director of Franchise Sales will evaluate outcomes of current practices and update to improve overall conversion rates. This position gathers and interprets key performance data in order to communicate results and next steps to the Executive Leadership Team. In addition, this role managers the overall sales strategy and journey to maximize results..

Essential Functions:

TALENT

  • Cultivates and fosters a team environment built on the Celebree culture.
  • Promotes teamwork and enthusiasm.
  • Documents effectively; consistently uses company performance management tools/processes.
  • Supervises, coaches, develops, and motivates the Sales team.
  • Anticipates staffing needs of the sales team; identifies and hires the best talent.
  • Supports on-going training, monitors, and coaches staff in sales practices.
  • Supports on-going conversion metrics through training and coaching on best practices.
  • Provides staff with feedback to increase and improve conversion results.

BRAND

  • Conducts calls in a professional, genuine, and engaged manner.
  • Supports and leads new company initiatives; ensures adaptation of new programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrates and guarantees that all communication from the sales team is aligned with the Celebree promise.

OPERATIONS

  • Effectively communicates the why behind Celebrees business model, concept, strategy, culture, mission, and values.
  • Qualifies and verifies that candidates meet/exceed minimum financial and professional standards.
  • Coordinates all background checks and financial statement verifications.
  • Expedites prospects throughout the entire franchise sales process.
  • Utilizes call monitoring software to establish individual and team quality scoring and KPIs.
  • Analyzes sales metrics to determine areas of opportunity.
  • Implements new or adapts existing processes to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Prepares reports and analyzes data to improve processes and to ensure resources are properly allocated.
  • Employs a variety of analysis tools, including reports, observations, surveys, and interactions to ensure a positive lead experience
  • Analyzes data to identify and remove any bottlenecks to the sales funnel.
  • Maximizes the utilization of all systems to ensure an efficient and effective sales funnel.
  • At least 7 years of sales related experience (Franchise preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • The ability to influence others through effective communication.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Candidate will be required to be in office (Lutherville-Timonium, MD)
