The Senior Copywriter conceptualizes, develops, and produces an overall strategic and creative approach to copy concepts and actual messaging that conveys and strengthens the company's brand, including specialized writing focused on content marketing goals. Presents specific products and services conveyed through traditional, digital, and social marketing efforts to generate leads and conversions. Ensures work meets organizational guidelines while conveying/strengthening our brand within marketing standards, goals, and objectives. Duties include researching keywords, producing interesting written content, and proofreading work for accuracy and quality.

• Develop and implement process for reviewing overall marketing messaging that conveys/strengthens our brand and can be carried through all our marketing efforts – traditional, digital, content, product, and sales marketing. Communicate approach to department and stakeholders and maintain organizational messaging style guide.
• Research, write, edit, and review all levels of copy – short-form and long-form – for marketing campaigns delivered through print or electronically through email, Internet, or other media. Conceptualize, build, and execute campaigns to drive brand positioning, increase customer acquisition, drive traffic, and generate customer prospects. Collaborate with associates in all other internal departments to make sure that the messaging we convey reflects our company messaging approaches, voice, audience personas, etc. Work closely with our Creative Services team to create marketing materials that use both copy and design to reinforce and strengthen our brands.
• Assist in oversight of copy team's work to ensure it's on budget, meets pre-established deadlines and objectives, and adheres to branding specifications. Answer team questions, assist with problems, and assist with identifying gaps within the team. Partner with Content Marketing team and other marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effectively using all available channels.
• Work closely with graphic design and web design teams in development of marketing and advertising campaigns to reinforce and strengthen company's brand. Uses search engine optimization strategies to write copy that helps boost a website's search engine ranking.

• Bachelor degree in communications, advertising, marketing, English, writing, or another related field
• 7-10 years of experience
• Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels
• PR, short- and long-form copywriting
• Proven success in producing copy for advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional skill in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms
• Experience overseeing talent pool (3-5 freelancers)
• Acumen in project management software and tools (Workfront)
• Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
