Hillis-Carnes Engineering is currently seeking an experienced ASP.NET Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. As an ASP.NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Design Pattern.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with source control systems such as Git
• Experience building report using Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with WPF is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
