Compensation:
Senior Civil Attorney: $200k-$250k depending on experience, full medical, dental and vision, plus 20% attorneys' fees for cases you bring in.

Midlevel Associate Attorney: $150k-$200k depending on experience, full medical, dental and vision, plus 20% attorneys' fees for cases you bring in.

Senior and Mid Level civil litigation attorneys needed immediately to help busy law firm run our cases. We are The Bloom Firm, an eight-attorney (and growing) civil litigation firm run by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom. We do many high-profile cases, primarily representing victims of sexual harassment and sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and police misconduct cases.

Ideal Senior candidate must have Bar admission in NY and/or California (required) and has a passion for civil rights work and is competent to handle all types of civil litigation, from intake through trial and appeals. Ideal candidate is at least ten years out of law school with substantial experience as lead counsel in this area, able to strategize and carry out effective winning strategies in drafting all litigation documents, handling discovery, trial and appeals. You should have first chaired trials and numerous depositions and have excellent writing skills.

Ideal Mid Level candidate has five years of civil litigation experience, is an energetic, aggressive self-starter unafraid to go up against major companies and big law firms, while being caring, responsive and sensitive to our clients. You should enjoy new challenges, be flexible, organized and willing to learn new areas of the law. Outstanding research and writing skills required.Not required, but a plus: fluency in a Spanish or a second language, Bar admission in a second state, experience in management and mentoring of junior associates.

The entire staff works remotely, hence you'll be provided a computer and reimbursed for wifi and cellular charges. We have offices available for meetings and depositions.
