Opportunity

Think of Kohler’s Sr. Analyst – Control Tower as the very foundation for data driven business solutions. The Sr. Analyst – Control Tower is responsible for the providing the business with analyzed data to showcase the state of the business, both trending as well as current. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will partner with other supply chain professionals to understand business data requirements for analysis and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. A deep love of problem solving, data, and logic as well as a basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain is required to excel in this role.

Specific Responsibilities

Analysis Creation & Automation

  • Embed new technology into supply chain processes. The Sr. Analyst works with users at all levels of the business to ensure that key analytics tools, systems, and technologies are embedded into everyday operations. The Sr. Analyst executes training in a variety of mediums to generate excitement and build engagement with supply chain technology.

Control Tower Development

  • PowerBI dashboarding. The Sr. Analyst will partner with report consumers /stakeholders within the business to better understand visualization needs. And collaborate with the Visual Engineer in order to execute the new ideas.
  • Alert monitoring. Assist in the development of order management alert monitoring system within our supply chain control tower.
  • Supply Chain visibility: Collaborate with the Operations team in order to create/implement a single source of truth for prioritized actionable alerts and performance dashboarding.

Process Design

  • Collaborate on the implementation of the overall supply chain order fulfilment process. The Sr. Analyst will contribute data and information, so the Supply Chain Design team can tailor supply chain processes to fit Kohler customers’ needs, leveraging internal and external experts. Utilizing data analytics and process owner insights, the Sr Analyst will collaborate making our processes have a seamless and touchless transition of information and product through the order fulfilment process.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives. The Sr. Analyst will understand the unique challenges preventing each product line/ global region from achieving order fulfilment goals. The Sr. Analyst will work together with the team to champion the alignment of all stakeholders to ensure most impactful order fulfilment initiatives are being actioned to completion.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs). The Sr Analyst will help identify the most important KPIs to measure the success of the supply chain order fulfilment process to achieve on-time delivery, inventory, and supply chain cost objectives. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate on how these KPIs are calculated, work with the business to determine targets and identify the systems required to collect the necessary data.
  • Design a continuous improvement program. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with all order fulfilment process owners to measure adherence, resolve challenges with adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.


Skills/Requirements

  • B.S. degree in engineering, supply chain management (SCM) or business related degree preferred.
  • Drive for continuous improvement and willingness to learn required Analytical mindset.
  • Proven experience in process definition and implementation, as well as change management.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers with experience in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and BI systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to effectively communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
