Job Title: Security Engineer
Location: New York, NY
Duration: Full Time

Skills Required:

• Technical hands-on capability and proven record of accomplishment of performing vulnerability assessments, remediating vulnerabilities / patching, and working with advanced anti-malware.
• Ability to work in a mixed operating system environment consisting of Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Knowledge and experience working with Tenable and Crowd strike product suites.
• Interpret vulnerabilities and apply a risk-based approach to remediation.
• Knowledgeable of current attack trends facing enterprises and the ability to apply / recommend appropriate mitigations.
• Can articulate risk to non-technical stakeholders and work towards the best path to remediate complex issues.
• Ability to triage and respond to advances anti-malware alerts. Work with peers and system owners to bring alerts to completion.
• Ability to review, recommend, and apply system level patches during scheduled timeframes.
• Ability to identify technical debt within an enterprise and work to apply mitigating controls to reduce security risks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
