Job Summary:
The Security Administrator will work on-site with one of Pinkerton's largest clients. This role requires an inquisitive problem solving mindset in order to effectively support a global project to build and implement low earth orbit satellites that will provide affordable broadband services. The position plays an important role in triaging and routing tickets such as access and shipping requests and ensures defined requirements are met. Additionally, the Administrator performs general project tasks such as updating trackers, coordinating meetings, gathering action item updates, and drafting related communications.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Monitor inbound ticket queue for access requests for visitors, badged client employees and contractors.
- Manage inbound general physical security and supply chain security tickets according to escalation matrix.
- Track and update physical security project statuses with different business units.
- Coordinate meetings based on stakeholder availability.
- Draft outgoing communications on policies and practices.
- Execute defined user access review queries and prepare csv output for review by stakeholders.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Degree preferred with two to three years of help desk ticketing and/or supply chain security experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company, is alternatively acceptable.
