Must have experience as a security officer up to 2 years!

We are looking for a Shift SUPERVISOR to oversee all operations, including overseeing and managing security officers. Shift SUPERVISOR responsibilities include delegating tasks to restaurant staff, addressing diners’ queries and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable dining experience for our guests and increase our profitability.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to security officers and supervise their performance
• Manage security officer schedules
• Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)
• Help officers resolve on-the-job challenges
• Track daily officers and schedules
• Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
• Open or close the site (when responsible for the first or last shift)
• Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
• Report maintenance and training needs

Skills

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a security officer setting
• Good knowledge of operations (like managing security officers)
• Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
• Basic knowledge of access control
• A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team management abilities

Requirements:

Highschool diploma or GED

Background check and Drug Screen

5 years experience minimum

Prior military experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.30 per hour
