The School Mentoring Program Support Coordinator is responsible for managing the School Liaison Team, Coordinating between Schools and the Catalyst Team, and overseeing the School Mentoring program as a whole. Their duties include leading program staff and delegating tasks among them, partnering with the executive director on setting and maintaining team culture, and having vision for the school program and it’s continued growth. The School Mentoring Program Coordinator needs to have the ability to mulit-task, be flexible, use out of the box thinking, strong administrative skills, understanding of Google Suites, and desire to encourage and support employees.

Candidates must have experience overseeing a team, and have worked with youth in a professional setting. Experience working with schools, overseeing programs, background knowledge of ACEs, classroom management, and a degree in either psychology or social sciences are helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
