Role: The role of the School Based Counselor/Therapist will be to provide onsite counseling services to students, families, and staff at assigned school campuses. Counseling services may also be delivered in our office locations and via telehealth.

Job Duties Include:

* Delivering individual and/or family counseling services to children and adolescents on school campuses, office locations and telehealth in Austin, TX.

* Generating clinical documentation (e.g. assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)

* Attending weekly individual supervision meetings and bimonthly peer support group meetings with other clinical staff

* Part time contractors will be compensated at an hourly rate and may set the days/times that they are available to deliver services; must work no more than 25 hour per week.

* Services may be delivered in the school setting, in an office setting, or from the employee's home via telehealth (when applicable)

Qualifications:

*Masters Degree with current LPC, LMFT or LPC-Associate

* LPC-Associates must be within 6 months of obtaining full licensure as an LPC in order to apply for this position.

*Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply

*Must have valid drivers license and LPC, LMFT or LPC-Associate license

Compensation and Support:

Full Time Employees:

* Full time employees will be compensated via a salary that will be based on the therapist's clinical background, credentials and other related practice experience. Full time employees may deliver services Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm, and will be eligible for health benefits (eg medical, vision, dental), paid PTO, retirement plan with company matching option in place, monthly bonus options, and CEU opportunities. Full time employees will be compensated for counseling services as well as approved non-clinical services, such as parent outreach, school staff support, participation in school staff meetings, establishing relationships with school personnel, etc

*Salary for this full time position will be based on experience, credentials, tenure as a fully licensed LPC or LPC-Associate that is within 6 months of being fully licensed, and other related skills

* Weekly individual supervision and weekly peer groups for added clinical support

*Monthly bonuses available for full time employees delivering services beyond the 30 weekly service hour minimum standard

* Employee may begin work immediately since the contract does not require immediate credentialing status in order to begin seeing clients

Part Time Contractors:

* Part time contractors will be compensated at an hourly rate and may set the days/times that they are available to deliver services; must work a minimum of 10 hours and no more than 25 hour per week. Part time contractors may develop their own schedules and they may deliver services during hours of operation, which are Monday - Saturday anytime from 9am - 8pm. Part time contractors will be compensated for counseling services as well as approved non-clinical services, such as parent outreach, school staff support, participation in school staff meetings, establishing relationships with school personnel, etc

* Part time contractors are compensated at an hourly rate (not salaried). Part time contractors may attend peer group for additional clinical support. Part time contractors are not eligible for healthcare benefits or monthly bonus options.

* Contractor may begin work immediately since the contract does not require immediate credentialing status in order to begin seeing clients

Compensation: $40.00 per hour of counseling services , $30 per hour of non-clinical services
