Scheduling Associate
Renewal by Andersen is the window replacement subsidiary of Andersen Corporate, a company that has revolutionized the window and door business since 1903. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation to listen to customer's needs. We then make custom, energy efficient windows and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in over 100 markets in the U.S., making us the largest replacement window company in the country.
As the Scheduling Associate, you will answer and direct phone calls, Provide Signature Service to Renewal by Andersen customers, maintain and update Scheduling Department spreadsheets and reports, schedule installs, paints and stains.
Other Duties Include:
- Print and assemble install packets
- Track special materials requests to ensure they are completed quickly
- Check and update project statuses in the system
- Call customers to confirm their appointments
- Enter accurate notes and log customer communication in the system
Requirements:
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software/technology
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Speed and accuracy with attention to detail
