Position Summary:

Tyto is searching for a Desktop Support Level II for a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
• Performs configurations, installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance of personal computer products and peripherals
• May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
• Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
• Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
• Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.

Requirements:

• Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent (IT Support, Helpdesk Support, Support Technician, etc.)
• Experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT aid.
• Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.
• Strong customer support and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience working with ServiceNow and Print Release

Security Clearance Required:

• Active DoD Secret clearance

Travel Required:

• Minimal, less than 10%
