In joining our data and analytics team, you’ll work with our clients to leverage SAP applications to transform their data management and governance and analytics processes by enhancing their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following:
- Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design;
- Understanding functional specs and writing technical specs;
- Demonstrating experience as a SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 1 SAP implementation project;
- Demonstrating experience with data migration from various legacy applications to SAP ECC and S/4 HANA across SAP domains: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS, WM, HCM;
- Developing ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP Data Services and SAP Information Steward;
- Proficiency in SAP load methods (IDOC, BAPI, ABAP, LSMW, LTMC, etc.);
- Proficiency in SQL coding;
- Solving technical data problems.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Participating in discovery sessions with project teams to understand data requirements needed to support solution implementations;
- Working collaboratively with a project and client team
- Leveraging system and process analysis skills to produce data strategies that create a seamless and uninterrupted experience for our clients;
- Collaborating with clients to generate data mapping documents between target and source systems;
- Performing data profiling tasks in SAP Information Steward to collect statistics, trends, impacts, and summaries that lead to a structured and successful implementation;
- Working with project management to provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders;
- Developing and executing of ETL migration projects in SAP Data Services BODS;
- Developing and execution of LSMW and LTMC programs, both standard and custom;
- Executing of conversion programs for each mock cycle, dress rehearsal, and cutover as part of the SAP implementation project;
- Supporting functional teams with data needs through testing cycles;
- Logging, triaging, and resolving data defects throughout the project;
- Aligning and awareness with data security/privacy standards as defined by the project and client.
