- Provide day to day Salesforce system admin support for user requests or issues, as well as admin work to further develop and scale the system through minor improvements.
- You will be the SME or main point of contact for a business area, system, or operational process.
- Partner with business, developers, and senior staff to help support the development of new business processes, integrations, or applications.
- Interface with all areas of the business from planning & ops/sales leadership to end-users to understand business processes, workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily support of the application
- Maintain the overall health of a system through reporting and regular auditing.
- Work cross-functionally and amongst the team to maintain, support and improve upon integrations with different systems
- Developing and contributing to standard documentation and knowledge bases
- Work on bug fixes/cleaning data in Salesforce
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail with a focus on high quality of client service delivery.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Design or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrable proficiency in specific technology relevant to client needs
- 4+ years Salesforce Admin experience
- Salesforce Admin Certification (201)
- Intermediate Excel
- Basic experience with data models and SQL
- Basic experience with various system to system integrations, APIs, or similar technologies
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $80,000/Yr - USD $90,000/Yr and is an Exempt role.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
