Position Overview:
Navistar Used Truck Organization has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Consultant.

The Sales Support Consultant will report into the Manager of Wholesale and support the sale of used trucks and offerings.

In this position you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that result in year over year growth and sales velocity, while delivering a customer experience second to none.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing relationships with the wholesales and national account team and represent them across relevant functional areas within Navistar.
  • Work directly with the large accounts and dealers to help facilitate transactions.
  • Develop sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Work directly with Used Truck sales, operation, finance team along with warranty and at times New Truck sales to ensure a value proposition of a “total” customer solution.
  • Take part sales training, marketing initiatives, customer events, and dealer retail growth strategies that will increase sales and profitability.
  • Develop long term customer growth initiatives and plans.
  • Motivate, develop, and provide leadership to the assigned team.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of sales administration or customer service experience
OR
  • Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of sales administration or customer service experience
OR
  • At least 7 years of sales administration or customer service experience
Additional Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
